Unfortunately our experience was not pleasant for our purchase. We were often spoken over and found the agent who was managing our sale initially was inexperienced unprofessional and condescending. We made a complaint to the Milton branch manager who assured us our complaint would be looked into but unsurprisingly we never received any outcome. Also when we complained the agent made untrue accusations to justify her behaviour. I would avoid using at all costs in the future.

Get agent was a great help in suggesting an estate agent to sell with, samuel makepeace were the right estate agents on this occasion. When we rang them they were Helpful. Just one thing do not go with any of their recommended solicitors as we did thinking it might speed up process but it didnt and no communication at all.and more mither than ever filling in forms abswering silly time delaying questions, the solicitors kept saying it was the buyers solicitors to blame but their solicitor was also recommended by samuel makepeace. So shop around on solicitors if you dont already have one. And they added alot of fees on at the end even though a fee was agreed at the beginning. But on the selling side would deal with samuel makeoeace again.

I was very pleased with how samuel makepeace sold my house even through the covid 19 . So friendly quick at replying to any problem Jayden was brilliant. I would highly recommend them price and professional team.
