Credit must be given where credit is due! I have several health issues & when my old shower packed up on me yesterday, I was very concerned. I called the repair team & after explaining my situation, was told that a technician would be at my house early this morning to sort my problem out. Duly, at quarter past eight this morning, a very polite & friendly fellow arrived & within an hour had replaced my old shower unit with a new one, cleaned up & gone on his way... Sanctuary housing are an awful housing association to live with, send me bills for repairs I reported whilst a tennant amd wouldn't do whilst I still lived there 6months after leaving them, ran me up an £1800 water bill by engineers not doing their jobs properly, rude housing managers and bloody awkward and a nightmare when I eventually left them and I had to go private to do so. Spent nearly an hour on hold and then they left or the day without answering my call. A one star rating is is too much they don't even deserve that.... Read more

Gives sanctuary housing to convicted drug dealers and lets them live in among the vulnerable and elderly. That's age concern, Banbury style! Please 'get real'. This community is occupied by aged persons of poor health, some of them with terminal cancer. So what is the likelihood that this decent community will be recording stuff in your log book(s)? Just smell the rot, look at the police busted back door and now look at the busted up furniture in the back garden. All to do what: grow more plants in their little factory? - AGAIN!!! Get a grip, you should never have placed a known drug/dealer addict in this community of retired people.... Read more
