I’ve wanted to write a positive review for Sandra for some time. Now that I’ve finished my tenancy and all the boxes are ticked, I feel I can justify writing my review to give an accurate representation of my experience. Sandra was extremely helpful in finding our accommodation, we weren’t able to visit the house so she videod the accommodation to show it to us. She has been prompt with sorting out anything to do with the accommodation including arranging documents and sorting out work that needed doing on the house. I have been renting accommodation for 17 years and I can say she is the most fair agent we have dealt with. She takes pride in doing her job well and cares about her tenants. We’ve rented from plenty of agents that have frankly been corrupt and unprofessional, but this was not the case with her. So I feel it is important to give credit where it’s due, particularly as a lot of landlords/agents have a bad rep.... Read more

Having been I contact with one of their landlords I called. Explained my situation of needing to return to area. Was told very rudely that "we have enough if our own homeless in this area, without the likes of you" Proof that racism exists from county to county... Read more
