We have been extremely impressed with the service my daughter received from Sandersons. Whilst they were acting for the seller our contact Linda Stephens was a pleasure to deal with and kept in regular contact with us. She answered all our questions however minor and was extremely pro-active in contacting us as well as the seller and both lawyers when things started to go wrong. Unfortunately the purchase ultimately fell through (no fault of Sandersons) but Linda’s help and support was invaluable and very much appreciated.

I have experienced Sanderson's efficiency in several areas - finding a flat to buy (associate Antonia Costa), house management, but I would particularly like to mention the purchase support and associate Charlotte Brown.
It seems that property lawyers in general are not very nimble. In addition and I had a challenging situation laden with occasional difficulties. Charlotte was very efficient and precise, polite but persistent in pursuing my interests. She went into every detail of my situation and was able to reassure at acute moments.
If it wasn't for Charlotte Brown - I don't know if Christmas would have happened for me and my daughter. And now, I believe it will. I am very grateful to both Sanderson and all his staff and wish them a very Merry Christmas.

Jade was a warm, knowledgable and friendly estate agent who made the process of looking for a property not only easy but fun! She answered all questions honestly and efficiently and made the whole process much easier for me and my boyfriend. I always find it very awkward going into other people's houses for viewings when they're at home, but she made pleasant conversation with the tenants and created a great atmosphere which is really what you want when doing such a stressful task! Im very grateful for her help and would definitely contact her again in the future for help viewing and finding properties

We have bought and sold a property with Sandersons recently and they have been outstanding. Antonia dealt with our sale brilliantly, staying in touch with us whilst we were abroad, navigating a time difference, to finalise the sale and our purchase. Vicky showed us around the house we bought several times, and she was so friendly and accommodating. When our sale progressed, Charlotte took over and just made the whole process so smooth. She was super efficient, knowledgeable, always available, and communicated regularly. She even patiently guided me through a little wobble I had! And when Charlotte was away from the office for a few days, Kerry took over seamlessly. If I had to sell another house tomorrow, I would have no hesitation, I would use Sandersons. You get the best team in your corner expertly guiding you through from start to finish.
