Definitely the right Estate Agents to sell a much loved home. Savills were extremely professional from start to finish and appreciated the emotional time it was for me selling my late Mothers house. I recently sold my flat in town. The team at Savills, especially Victoria, were excellent. Energy stayed high, even when an offer fell through. Disappointment was acknowledged but constructive action quickly took over.

Christian Whittaker has been excellent in assisting us with the purchase of the property from start to finish. He always returns phone calls and deals with any problems promptly and efficiently. As the seller of the property now lives in New Zealand, and because the time difference sometimes made obtaining information difficult, Christian went the extra mile to ensure that things went very smoothly. We have been very impressed with him and would definitely recommend the Chiswick branch of Savills, and especially Christian, to anyone.

Katie and the Savills team offered excellent professional service during the process of negotiating and managing the tenancy agreement. The fact that we were in the US during the process made things a little more complicated however Katie and the Savills team navigated this for us with excellent and timely communication.

We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home.
Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months.
We have now taken our property off the market until next year.

Savills were excellent from start to finish. We had an initial visit from Ruaraidh Ogilvie and Stephanie Clarke, and then a subsequent visit from Sandra McGregor. We were then in regular phone and email contact, and I felt that the support was excellent throughout the process. The photos of the house were truly wonderful. I felt the whole process was managed in a very professional manner. I think the Savills mailing list was probably very helpful in ensuring that we got a prompt sale for a good price.

Gemma Sampson of Savills was brilliant. We live in the US full time and bought a holiday home in Amersham. Gemma was very responsive to all of our questions (and there were many!) since we were unfamiliar with the home buying process. She anticipated our needs and preferences from the start, knew the inventory and the area, and walked us through the entire process with grace, patience, efficiency and good natured reassurance when we needed it. From the start, Gemma was a joy to work with and we highly recommend her.
