We have known Kate Rotheram for over ten years. When we sold our London property 8 years ago, she found us a flat to rent. We had quite a tight budget at the time and what impressed us about Kate was, she really thought 'outside the box' and found my husband & I something which suited us perfectly. Fast forward 8 years and finding ourselves (plus our two children) needing rental accommodation again, we went straight to Kate. Having found us our property in Bronsart Road SW6 and assisted with the purchase, Saville's Letting completed their already begun work and found us the perfect tenants in record time - no rent free period! Whenever we have a question Alex Martin is only too happy to assist and the Accounts team send statements that are easy to understand and on a regular basis. We have a good relationship with our tenants and the team.

I only met Alex Martin on Savills, but it's been a pleasure meeting her (and I would never think I would say that of a real state agent :) ). She was very human in the way she treated my couple and myself. During the visit to the apartments she gave us plenty of time to visit, she answered sincerely to all our questions and she gave us valuable advises. She was also very supportive during the contract signing process, contacting the landlady and spending plenty of time to explain us all the different details in the contract. Once the contract was signed, she made sure that the apartment would be in perfect state for us to move in, which is really appreciated. And the cherry on the pie was a bottle of champaign as move-in gift!! :) In summary: Savills will be the first agency we will contact if we ever decide to move to another apartment, and I will recommend Savills to anyone needing a real state agency in the area.
