Just to say an huge thank you to the lettings team at Savills Marlow.
Especially Tom Hyde,who managed to find us a home within 24hrs of us initially visiting their offices.
Our purchase fell through,and we were left with only a few days before completion ,to find somewhere to live.
Tom was fantastic,and made the whole journey to renting a lovely property,very easy.
From viewing to application and finally moving in,within a week,was remarkable!
Tom has great knowledge of the area ,and has great instinct to find the right thing for his clients.

The team at Savills in Marlow are not only thoroughly knowledgeable & professional but also truly understand client service. We rent a property in Marlow through Savills and they were easily the best of the half dozen or so we were in touch with across the Maidenhead area. Some simply didn't want to deal with me (Retired seems not to fit with the finance spreadsheet) but Savills worked with us to get through the vetting process and were always on hand for another viewing.

Sophie responded quickly to my queries and communicated with all parties to bring the sale to a conclusion. There was always someone at the office to relay messages etc.
A comment on Savills policy of "no paper" :
I would have liked a brochure or at least a printout which I could refer to easily, and make notes on. The link was cumbersome and didn't always work. Savills policy of not having brochures or even flyers, isn't helpful for buyers when looking at many houses from many agents over several weeks.
