I’m so grateful for Luke and Gentiana’s help. I was really desperate to find a place to rent as I was still living in hotels a few weeks ago. Bumped into Savills at Elgin Road when I was told that a scheduled viewing arranged by another real estate agent was cancelled at the last minute. Gentiana was quick to take me to view the property (which i’m now renting) and the flat was so good that i just offered immediately. We have 2 properties which we let out through Savilles St J Wood. As with all rentals, issues arise & I have to say Savilles has been great at solving these & ensuring both parties are happy. Aziz from the St J Wood office is top notch & went above & beyond with our tenants recent move in despite us being abroad during this process & many complications. Great services offered & they do what they say they will - which is essential when renting your property. As a landlord, I would recommend this office, despite their fees being slightly above average but you get what you pay for. If you want your property to be effectively & efficiently managed - go to them.

One agency after the other and NOTHING happened. It took us quite a few months to realise that we were going nowhere, just wasting our precious time. Thank God, then we found Savills and things started rolling. We followed their knowledgeable and professional advice and very soon they started bringing buyers. Counting myself as “lucky” to have secured a flat in 2 days (between self isolation and Tier 4 restrictions / Christmas) - signed the tenancy agreement on Xmas eve.

However, I found their contract very one sided and on top of it , a contract that should facilitate only two parties (landlord / tenants) has many clauses that aim to benefit savills. I would avoid renting from them if I would face an option of the same property with another estate agent.

Fabulous experience with Robert Lerner and Savills in general! We initially connected with him looking at general online properties to rent. Even though we began our rental house search from Los Angeles several months before arriving, Robert helped keep us in the loop with available properties and generally guiding us to what might work or not. Robert made sure to not push us, but to check-in and share property links he thought would interest us. As we got a feel of what was on the market and inquired about properties that were not even Savills, he took the time to go to a property and send us videos. While we were simply looking to rent (for now), his attention made us feel like we were not a hassle to him and that he had the time to help. Once we arrived, he connected us at short notice and within the hour with another Savills agent closer to where we found a property we wanted to view. And, at the end of the day Savills helped us find something in less than a week of arriving! Amazing and positive experience. Highly recommend.

I've worked with Gina O'Connor, who's a real estate agent at Savills St Johns Wood and I could not have asked for a more competent, well-informed and committed agent. As soon as I made an offer on a property, she was very effective in moving things as fast as possible (in terms of the admin, legal and logistics involved) and she kept to all the conditions I had - which is not very common in this industry. Gina is also very knowledgable on St Johns Wood properties and took the time to explain to me the in and outs of the district. Gina has also been very accessible and approachable about queries I had throughout my tenancy which is crucial for any tenant in London.
In summary, as someone who has dealt with numerous real estate agencies throughout the years, I could not recommend Gina highly enough for any would-be tenant in St Johns Wood.
