From the very start we were very happy with everyone we dealt with regarding the sale of our property. We had 3 positive viewings over 2 days. On the 2nd day we had an offer which we were happy to accept. If you are thinking of selling we would highly recommend Scargill Mann & Co.

Staff are very rude Jessica and Katie talk to you like rubbish. If it was not for the Lettings manager i would have pulled out of the contract.
On viewing the property they tell you it’s a six month period then change it to twelve month period. They also tell you to say you want to rent for a long time even if your looking for short term as this will get you the property.
I feel sorry for the letting manager as the above two people are letting your team down.

A really poor service, with mistakes all through the process of renting. They incorrectly advertised the property I rented as unfurnished when it was in fact furnished, meaning that I had to rent a storage unit for the duration of the tenancy. They were slow or non-existent in dealing with basic maintenance, so we had unusable damp kitchen units throughout the tenancy. Finally, it took them 2 months to process the return of damage deposit. Really poor.

Awful customer service, not worth one star. Have 0 interest for their customers, existing or potential new. Only seem to be interested in making money and seem to add on charges for no reason or just not return money. I have had one client who didn't receive holding deposit back through no fault of her own and was just dismissed, so no wonder they're still going, they keep money that isn't there's! I have had several bad experiences with this company. Highly suggest to AVOID and use a different agent altogether.

Used Scargill for years to rent a few tenanted properties in Derby and they've always been great. All the staff are very friendly and excellent with communicating with us, especially Holly who handles most of our rentals

I've been very impressed with this firm. Given the current covid situation I was not able to be at the property but the agent stepped up. Very good of them in the circumstance.
