First class service from a first class, family run business. Scarlett's have managed my rental property for the past two years and I must say that Moira and Matthew have been absolutely fantastic from the off. From finding my tenants to managing the propert expertly. They're always on hand whilst being courteous and professional both with me and my tenants. Having used a larger household name in the past and been let down by them, I can say that I've received a truly personal service from Scarlett's and would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or renting. This is a small run family business, who took the time to understand my needs and tailored their service to suit me. They have a non corporate mentality towards their customers which is refreshing and their ethos of family is at the core of what they do! This small company could teach the industry a trick or two and I cannot thank them enough for all they did for me! I've read another review and could not disagree more! A Blunt

A family run business who live and work in Farnborough Village. I expected honest and first class service. How wrong could I have been. If you want an Estate Agent that is unprofessional, breaches Data Protection Act, puts un-neccessary pressure on elderly clients, prevents viewers coming to view a property as they want to get you off their books as soon as possible. Scarletts do not put your best interest first - they put theirs and this is why I would never recommend them. Such a shame as you would not expect such poor service with a local Estate Agent. We will be referring them to the Estate Agency Ombudsman. STAY AWAY!... Read more
