No goods no delivery date no refund until item arrives shop elsewhere looks like a company in trouble.
Customer service is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
Happy to take money ive waited 3 weeks and they still can't give a delivery date

Useless manager tried to return an item but she just refused refund told me to leave and threatened with security. Not even willing to help.and told me even I don't like it I should never to shop there again thanks alot as I spent lots of money in this store. Extremely rude creature working in this join. I'm talking about the one in Burnley . Think I won't come back and wont surprised if ur going down soon.

Won't be visiting here again extremely high prices like £130 for a pair of trackies that are worth no more than 30 and staff leave a lot to be desired also

Would not give a star at all but had to so could post review. Dreadful customer care I have been waiting for nearly a month for a refund on trainers that never arrived. Just sent my complaint to Trading Standards as fed up with just receiving automated emails. Visited the store on Sunday had to wait half an hour to be told money would be in my bank today …. surprise nothing in my bank again.
