Very kind and welcoming staff who are happy to spend time with patients and relatives to explain the services on offer. There is a pleasant and relaxing environment where people can just drop in for a tea or coffee if that's all that's required, or get counselling or other therapies to help them cope with their difficulties.

I bring my mother here as she's just completed radiotherapy. She loves the place and the staff, who are extremely nice. I too have met a couple and find them friendly and warm. They provide a service that's importance can't be overstated.

Anything that helps Cancer is great. The Calmen Centre in Gartnavel Hospital grounds host many support group meetings including Heads Up which is group for people with head & neck cancer. People there are warm & friendly. They alao offer therapy & counselling five stars all the way
