Yesterday I put offer on the property they advertise 40 Brodick avenue , Motherwell , ML1 3PS, which was advertise at 48k with home report of 48k , I offer them 50k which was accepted by estate agent and landlord , they confirm me and I send offer through solicitor yesterday , they put in advertisement under offer , today morning they surprise me that there is another offer which is more then you , I told her that once deal done why you are taking offers , they are really very greedy , unhonest , unreliable , unfair people of this Motherwell branch , pls stay away from them as you can , either selling your property , buying or renting the property. There are many reliable companies in market , your-move , MO Mo properties , jewel properties .... Read more

Estate agent broke covid guidelines, only allowed two from the same household in viewing a property at one time. Estate agent showing house invited a different family which included 3 adults in while myself and my partner were viewing. Have viewed many properties now with other estate agents, everyone except Scottish property centre has followed guidelines strictly. Will not buy buying or selling with this company... Read more

Being first time sellers we were very apprehensive about the process. The team at the Scottish property centre were there to support us throughout the experience and answer our many questions. They took a huge amount of stress out of the sale of our house and kept us informed every step of the way- selling our house within the week at a closing date. Archie, held the viewings for us and was highly professional at all times. He has an extensive knowledge about the market and was on hand to give us advice when needed. Motherwell Depo ! Would give them more stars if possible. Great service through out. Senga, Louise and Archie all very nice but profession People. Always willing to help where and if they could. Any problems I had where fixed straight away.( I didn’t have many of ) When i decided to move to a bigger property as I had a baby. They congratulated me and wished me all the best. 10/10 all round.
