After a Regenda/Redwing Living Estate Agent proved unsuccessful in selling an inherited half share property, I decided to ask Lambert & Co to take up the sale. And I'm thankful they accepted. Lambert & Co proved to be the complete opposite to Redwing, being polite, respectful and professional throughout. They (Mr Colin Olive) kept me informed at every stage (and we had plenty of stages as this was a very problematic property), which was great and a complete turnaround for me as the previous company didn't appear to know how to keep me informed of anything, reply to messages or return calls and, unfortunately, I had to still deal with them throughout the sale as they owned the other 50% share! Their estate agent even snapped off a door handle and left me to fix it. Lambert & Co didn't or wouldn't have done this. If you want a professional, courteous and respectful company to help you sell your property then I recommend Lambert & Co/Colin Olive in Upton, Wirral. Given the amount of work they had to undertake the final fee was reasonably priced and worth every penny.... Read more

Worst estate agents ever!!! Please dont ever deal with these. They literally just leach off you. And want money and more money. So old fashioned in there ways. Please please AVOID AT ALL COSTS! i wouldnt have even give 1 star but you cant give none.... Read more
