Ok at communicating but they lied about the decision they had come to when offering me a rental and blamed my credit score when in actual fact it had nothing to do with that whatsoever! The lettings search company told me they gave me the go ahead and Peter David suggested otherwise!! I would not deal with them again as they give estate agents the name they have got! Bad service

I appointed Peter David's to be my letting agent over eight years ago & the quality of their service has been impeccable over the years.
As an overseas landlord residing in Australia, their full management package makes managing the property effortless; from arranging the yearly gas maintenance checks to dealing with individual tenant issues, there has never been any concerns over the years.
The team are all highly dedicated, professional and friendly; and communication (even on the other side of the world) has never been a problem.
I would recommend them very highly to all my friends & family.

We've used Peter David to manage our property letting for about 6 years now and have always found them to be very helpful and efficient in their service. We trust them to get on and do their job - but keeping in touch with us when necessary. The tenants they have found for us have looked after the property.
Although I recommend from a tenant's perspective - Peter David have been in touch with us when little jobs have needed sorting out, so I get the impression that if a tenant raises any concerns about the property Peter David will do their best to liaise with the landlord to get it resolved for them.

I use Peter David for my rental property and they are fantastic.
We engaged the company after our previous tenant left. They were very efficient in getting the paperwork done before viewings started. Then when viewing started I received updates every time a viewing was booked, which was great.
The background checks were quick and thorough and allowed us to make a decision on a new tenant. Now the tenant is in place the process of them moving in could not have gone smoother. Throughout all of this they are available on email and phone and act on any requests or questions straight away.
Living a distance away from the property it removes a lot of stress knowing such a professional company and its staff are there both us and our tenants.
I would highly recommend Peter David to any landlords.

I bought my first buy to let property from Peter David quite some years ago and have used them since then to fully manage this property along with two others. I have always found Sherrie, Chelsea and Vicky very professional in their dealings with me and have always dealt with any small issues satisfactorily and speedily. I would definitely recommend Peter David in Halifax to any landlords.

I've just sold my house through Peter David properties. It took 5 months from putting the house on the market to completion. I found the staff to be very efficient and helpful and I'd highly recommend them.

DO NOT rent through this company!! it has taken me 4 months to get my deposit back - they only side with the landlord. Unhelpful, rude staff - glad to be rid of them.
