I am delighted with the service I have had with secure estates, I am a lawyer and a buy to let landlord of over 10 years with multiple properties that I do not have time to manage and after having issues with many previous agents I was grateful to stumble onto secure estates who have given me the best service, great advice and my rent is paid on time every month, I would recommend this agency to any landlord who wants peace of mind and who wants to secure their investment hassle free

This letting agency has a lot to be desired. Called their offices, the guy that answered (assuming the manager). Was rude and obnoxious and put the sales pitch on me straight away. I only called to enquire about the area and percentage for let only. Totally didn’t expect to get the pushy sales technique put on me. Needless to say, won’t be calling them again.

Landlords beware. DO NOT USE this agent for letting your property. This small Lettings agent rented my property and did not pay me the rent even though I signed a rent guarantee contract with him. Contracts and regulations mean nothing. He has lied throughout about a number of issues and delayed serving notice when I requested the property back. Property returned to me with missing household appliances and damaged and agent took no deposit leaving me hundreds of pounds in debt and is taking no responsibility. Don’t fall for the sales pitch and don’t be fooled by the incentive payment you’ll be offered. It’s not worth it. Find an agent with credibility and merit because this one possesses neither.
