AVOID, run far, run fast! If you want to return to the dark ages, before we had sewers, then Seddon is for you. We have not been able to use the ensuite bathroom for most of the tenancy, due to the catastrophic plumbing errors. Waste pipe from the toilet was not connected to the exit pipe leaving raw sweage flowing through the living room ceiling, then when Seddon finally deigned to look at the problem, they connected the pipe up, but relaid the dirty infected flooring. We now have a new variety of fungus growing in that bathroom, never seen before, with beautiful, and lethal black vapour trails, just waiting to take root in our lungs and do its worst. Of course there are all the usual problems with the new build that are standard these days, poor plastering, staircase cracking away from the wall, timber not dried out, walls like paper, boiler unsafe because a cupboard has been built on it etc, but the deadly biohazard takes the biscuit. They looked, they scratched their heads, they left! HSE next port of call for me.... Read more
