Poor workmanship that in some cases are a danger to the house owner.This is a badly fitted fuse box in my house that caused the consumer unit to trip and bang and smell of burning.
Gas leak that was so dangerous due to the hob not being fitted . The plumber had to come back 4 times to fix a simple job .
I wouldn’t have bought my house if I had known how poor the workmanship was. Daylight seen through garage roof and rain coming in in back wall due to the dry verge on the guttering not fitted correctly. Customer Care appalling service. I was told “We have done more than enough for you.” Is this the kind of service and treatment one expects as a service?
