Rented property being advertised for sale by another estate agency, who has no clue about the property being occupied by the tenant, me. Trying to get in contact with any agent, no luck. Seekers gone. Erdington and Sutton Coldfield branch disapered. Burton on Trent branch clams they are not the same company. Anyone involved with Seekers please be aware, they are a big scam. Fighting to get my deposit back, going to the police, to the council and to the solicitor.... Read more

It’s a rubbish!!! It was raining in my house and they didn’t fixed the roof... the water was coming from the sockets ....was mold every were ..I painted the house 2 times because they didn’t send nobody... they charged me for the rubbish that the neighbors throwed after i left the house ... now they don’t answer at emails and by the phone to get back my deposit!!!!... Terrible service ... they do not reply to calls or emails . They do not send you any information you ask for . They Do not consult you over any decisions they please them.selves . Rent payments are never o time .Then they shut up shop and didn't tell anyone .... Read more

Have been using these for 2 years the service is rubbish they do not reply to calls or emails . Continually having to chase rent payments . They do not manage the property but will happily take the fee . Have now just found out they have shut up shop no idea where they have gone not replying to any calls or emails but no surprise there !! Got in touch with the tennent she has no idea what is going on . Off to see a solicitor now.... Read more

I have used this company for ten years to manage my property portfolio, they started with my first and now look after all 14. I have never had an issues with payments, they have always found me good tenants and the staff have always kept me informed of issues when needed. I would recommend this company to any landlord.... I buy and sell properties, I have used this company twice this year for one of my properties in Erdington and another in Aston and found them to be both professional and very good at what they do. My properties were on the market the day after they came out and both times I had sold within a few weeks. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again.... Read more

i am a landlord and have been renting my house through seekers for 15 years .i never had a late payment and any maintenance issues were dealt with straight away. I decided to sell my property in january this year and my house was sold for a higher price than i expected .Overhall i had a great experienc with seekers and would reccomend them to everyone who is thinking of selling or letting there property.... We rented a flat in Erdington from Seekers. The rent was always payed in time and when we gave them notice and moved out the refused to pay back our deposit in full. From 825£ deposit we got back 430£. The rest they kept it for themselves for Christmas presents. The excuse?? Well management inspection fee, end tenancy fee, etc... Stay away from them! They would make any excuse to get your money! The worst manager who wants to steal working parents. Hope his gonna spend it on medication. ... Read more

Ive been letting my property out with seekers for a few years now and i have to say i was not impressed when i first signed up.. they never replied to my emails or calls, i never had any updates or anything and at one stage my rent wasnt paid for 3 months with no explanation.. Ive recently re- let my property and couldnt be more impressed with the service ive received from jenny at the sutton office. she kept me updated through the whole process and was always in the office if i needed anything. she is a real asset to seekers and its unbelievable how efficient and conscientious she is. would definitely recommend to anyone because of her!... Really happy with this company, I changed my estate agent after being on the market for just over three months. I found them professional and cheap it only cost me £420 to sell my property, I did have to pay this up front but was also able to reduce my house as the cost was a lot cheaper and they sold it in just over two weeks. I have just sold my house with the Erdington office and have to say I had a really good experience, I had an accurate valuation and achieved exactly the price I wanted for my property and as plus point they must be one of the only agents I know to do accompanied evening viewings which suited me perfectly due to the time I finish work. The fees were more than reasonable and will be recommending them to my friends and family.... Read more
