I have used SEL to sell 3 houses and would definitely use them again. They are very professional and handled the whole process for us, including all viewings. Nothing was too much trouble. Andrew came early morning to ensure we had the right light for the photo’s and Tony went beyond the call of duty to resolve a slightly separate issue for us. Most importantly they listened to us as Clients and always responded to our queries. They sold our last house in 4 days. I would recommend to anyone who wants to sell a property.... Read more

SEL sold my house for me last summer. The advice and support I received throughout the process were exceptional. They took care of all the viewings and arranged for estimates for work that pottential buyers thought may need doing. They have a lot of local connections which were helpful. Fantastic service-Tony and Andrew were both really friendly and professional. They listened to what we wanted as sellers and were not pushy like other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. They got a good number of viewings and kept us informed of everything that was going on. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of selling your house.
