We got our deposit back after about two months of nagging, after you leave they will completely ghost you on email and whatsapp. I had to email threatening with council action (which I also followed through on) before we got anything. This is alongside the horrible quality of the flat, not fixing things like the shower door, takes forever to get things fixed or to get responses. Someone came to my door from the council saying the flat and near by flats were not registered with the council or something similar. Report these guys at every opportunity.

I pay for a bills included home and the energy and gas company turned up, with a warrant, to takeaway the meter because the agency hadn't paid them. They owed 24 thousand pounds. Agency were nowhere to be found ofcourse. Avoid them. Do not trust them.

A Comedy
Arranged a flat viewing and travelled an hour into London for it, only to get a short text saying they'd cancelled about 20 minutes before. Not much of an apology. A red flag for me.

They operate under different names, also Nest Estate Limited. Scammers and liers, they don't return your deposit and they certainly don't protect it as they claim and mention in the contract.

They change their name from Nest Estate Limited into this name Fast property management. Please avoid avoid avoid. They did not gave me the full deposit back even when i left the property in even better condition than before. I spend 2 days before i move out and i paint the house in full. I clean the garden properly and din everything. They keep saying that is not the same company thar deals with my deposit but the initial paiment was made from the fast property management. Please avoid avoid avoid avoid!

This place is horrible do not rent from them they do not care about anything that have to do with the flat, homeless come inside the building whenever they want and use corridor and stairs as toilet, they sleep in comunal area. They never answer emails and when you call them they tell you to email but never response to nothing. Be careful is you are a girl living alone because people knock on you door all the time.

Do not trust these guys as they are very shady. DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY, as you will never receive a refund I’m still waiting for refund and it’s been almost a month now.

Very strange company they advertise one set of pictures on Zoopla and then when you arrange the viewing the night before they update it to the real images of the property, and when I cancelled the viewing they put the pictures back to deceiving images. Personally totally avoid they are not honest.

You won't see your deposit in the end of the tenancy. They will ignore your emails and when you call them , they will tell you to email them,but they never reply.Also they enter my flat many times without my permission , they just don't care,especialy if you live alone and you are a girl!STAY AWAY FROM THOSE LYERS !!!

Worst real estate agency. Liars, impolite,not professional at all. Got problems since we moved in. Found a letter in the drawer from previous tenants about how they don't want to give their deposit back. And in the end one of the agents tried to get me on the date. Have no words. One step from the court. We won't give up.
