I chose Sellers of Distinction because I had always received a first rate service from Letters of Distinction. The options and charges were clearly explained and good value. The sale was dealt with in a professional and well thought out manner as a tenant was involved and the timings taken into account. We sold our house very quickly with Sellers of Distinction. This was despite a very difficult first buyer who pulled out at the last minute. The team had a second buyer within hours who had viewed the house when it was first marketed. She wasn't sure if it was for her but returned for a second viewing and put an offer in straight away. I felt that this result was because the team knew their market and their buyers and acted on that knowledge. They also went out of their way to accommodate us who lived 250miles away and couldn't get to the property to deposit keys etc. This was truly personal service!... Read more
