It's been an absolute pleasure purchasing a property with Seths and I can't be more grateful. From the initial viewing of the property to all the paperwork in between until collecting the keys, they've been absolutely brilliant.
I communicated mainly with Iqbal and I couldn't have asked for a better managing agent. He always kept me informed, liaised so well with all the teams involved, emailed me on any updates or correspondence I needed to attend to and was always happy to answer my calls despite them usually being after 5PM due to work commitments. An absolute asset to the company! He made the entire process so seamless and so easy. The entire team have been so efficient and kind when answering my calls and relaying them to him.

Despite what was initially a great level of communication between seths and I my two year tenancy revealed some poor practises by the agency. a lack of actual help when it came to structural issues such as extractor fans and a broken window which was never fixed. these thins despite being broken upon moving in had simply been IGNORED only for Seths to claim £430 of my deposit at the end of my tenancy for these issues!!! criminal behaviour. The moment the drip of payment stopped their tone switched completely with a severe lack of accountability for issues to which they had been at fault.
my advice would be: take pictures and keep proof of everything. DO NOT let false bona fide behaviour by these people trick you into assuming when you move out they'll continue to "take care" of you. after such a long duration i must say i was left shocked & appalled. never again.

I have been told many times, that selling your home is one of the more stressful things a person/family can go through during their lives and my home sale fulfilled that statement. Yes I had a difficult buyer and yes I was dealing with just as difficult solicitors however if it was not for the support and professional guidance I received from Amit Joshi and Seths, I don't think I would've been able to cope as well as I have done nor sell my home within a reasonable amount of time. Amit was experienced, professional and showed us a level of care we did not know would be provided by Estate Agents. I am thankful I chose Seths and I would highly recommend them.

I recently brought my home through Seths. I was after a house in a specific location, It was difficult to find especially during this time with covid 19. Seth’s Estate agents has been our only choice for property for several years. We have worked closely in purchasing and rentals going back many years.
Recently we had the pleasure working with Seth’s once again for the purchase and sale of our parent’s property. The service we received from Seth’s was truly outstanding.
Iqbal Salaudin worked on the sale of our property. He knew from experience the type of potential buyers for our property and worked with our circumstances in mind. We had 15 viewings right away and around 2 weeks we received offers for the asking price.
Amit Joshi worked on the purchase of our property. With our criteria in mind he found us the perfect property for my parents within our budget.
Not only that, throughout the 3-4 months process Amit personally communicated every update, did a lot of the leg work dealing with outstanding enquiries professionally for both our sale and purchase of our properties, locating documents from third parties. He did his best to keep our buyer happy whilst we were waiting for the purchase to go through. He worked on our file and took my calls during out of office hours.
Without Amit Joshi, we would not have been able to purchase or sell our property. The service provided by the team was beyond expectation. My family are truly grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend the team at Seth’s

Completely mis-sold and misled. Not once during the process of referencing or payment was I told I was going into a private tenancy. Fees paid and several issues arose with my landlords and Seths just rinsed their hands and fobbed me off to Citizens Advice. Will never be using them again and will actively recommend against their service to others.

Iqbal (Loughborough Road Branch) had dealt with the recent sale of my house. The service provided by him was truly outstanding. He was approachable, highly efficient, responsive and proactive throughout the sale of my house and explained the whole process very well and clearly. He was always available to answer any questions I had no matter how small or silly they were!
Whilst the process of selling a house is very stressful, Iqbal ensured that the entire process went smoothly and he took care of everything for me right from the start of the sale to handing the keys over to the new buyer. I did not even have to come to Leicester at all since I live in a different city! Iqbal very professionally took care of everything for me, it was absolutely amazing!
Iqbal is truly an asset to this firm and we are grateful for such an incredibly service provided by him. I doubt customers will get this level of professional and honest guidance and support from other estate agents.

All they are interested in is making money out of you at all times! They don’t care about the tenants or landlords and won’t deal with your requests and put the phone down on you when you try to speak to them. Super rude staff

As the title says - worst estate agents I have ever been with (renting). They are disorganised, the owner is very very rude to customers (though the other staff are a bit better), if there is something wrong with the property they send round 'technicians' who don't even speak English let alone have the lawful qualifications to do the job. If you phone up with a problem to the property (and the quality of the properties for rent are such that you most likely will have problems, my boiler broke down three times) you are treated like a nuisance. The property was also absolutely filthy when I moved in, despite apparently being 'cleaned' - there were cobwebs everywhere, I shampooed the carpets and the water came out black! I would urge ANYONE looking to rent NOT to go with the agents! The service is appalling.

Worst estate agent hands down, they can't even return a phone call, nor can they arrange viewings. I feel sorry for anyone who puts their property up for rent or sale through them because seths really don't want to Put the work in to get the properties up for rent or sold. I have been trying to arrange a viewing but I am getting nowhere now I am just frustrated. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT NOTHING BUT TIME WASTERS!! !
