Archie who initially showed me the property was very friendly and professional, Claire, Tom and Clive made the whole process so easy and completely stress free. if in the future I want to sell I wouldn't consider using anyone else

We booked to view a property on with Seymour’s Guildford and Chris showed us round. He was really helpful and although it wasn’t quite the right house for us, from that moment on I felt Chris was invested in finding us the perfect property (even though we’d sold through another agent). A few weeks later he called to tell us about another house coming onto the market that he thought would suit us. Amazingly, Chris had remembered all our requirements and it ticked every box. Seymours sold my Flat in Guildford, they provided an excellent service, I was with another local agent but moved to Seymours who completed the sale. They were very responsive and supportive during the process. They assigned a key contact Clive Gee to ensure the sale process kept moving, this was an excellent service! I would definitely recommend them!

Very pleasant communication experience with Luke. He is professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Although I didn’t had good experience with the client service manager who dealt with my purchase case, Luke had sorted it out for me. So very happy to keep using Seymous as letting agency.
