We have used Seymours Estate Agents on a a couple of occaisions. Their team are fantastic, friendly and professional. Annalise Beer and the moving in team helped us progress the all the minefield of tasks with renting a flat and helped us secure a property. I would reccomend them for lettings and house sales.

This is the second time we have worked with Seymours in Surbiton. This time we made the mistake of listing this property initially through our letting agent who did not know the Surbiton market at all well, nor have a large list of potential buyers. Nick was able to rescue the listing and help us to find a buyer despite a difficult market just before Christmas. Jenny was immensely helpful in progressing the sale and convincing the chain to bring forward the completion date, while keeping us informed of progress. Seymours provided a professional service in the sale of my mother's house. I went to them after not having much success with another local agent. Unfortunately, due to my mother passing away during the sale process, everything became very delayed with Probate then having to be granted, but Seymours were patient and fortunately so were our buyers, enabling - finally - completion to take place smoothly. Thank you to Jenny, Chris, John and Sam who were all involved at various points.
