An unfortunate and very poor experience as a prospective buyer. We booked a viewing of a property around 10 days in advance as we were driving from London to Suffolk in order to visit it.
We were shown round on the day by a very nice gentleman from Sheridans and I cannot fault his service. We liked the property, only to be phoned straight away and told that an offer had already been agreed prior to us arriving and we had ONE HOUR to make a decision whether we'd like to offer.
