Simple Approach we're a fantastic company from start to finish. The first visit we were given a rough valuation (which turned out to be spot-on), and a breakdown of the costs (which was also the exact price we paid at the end, no hidden surprises!) and then no pressure, we were left to make up our mind if that suited.

It did, so we started the ball rolling and they recommended a solicitor to take care of conveyancing, also very reasonable, and got a photographer / videographer in to showcase our house at a time that suited us.

Simple Approach seem to prefer to do all the viewings themselves, so working from home I had to make a couple of trips to the local coffee shop, but the communication was always excellent - times of viewings, cancellations, and confirmation of viewing complete with a summary.

Whole team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful - and most of all genuine and honest in their advice.

To be honest, only regret was that the house I bought wasn't also sold through them, as purchasers get a little welcome present from them too!
