Had to call them 3 times to get a viewing confirmation for a house on Holbeck, Astley (to the vendors, no wonder your house is not sold yet ????). Jack really has no customer service skills, and incompetent. On 3rd call asked to speak to a branch manager. One of the owner, Corrine called and did not want to listen, interrupted, and asked me what do you want me to do about Jack, mistakes can happen, fire him? lol. If Corrine as a business owner has no customer service skills, why would Jack have any? Possibly the worst business owner, i came cross, don't have the ability to listen to a customer and take feedback to improve her business. Kept asking me what else do you want, i have staff off sick, on grievance started complaining, raising her voice like she was having a some sort of tantrum. If you're not well, don't call a customer, may be have someone else do it. Anyhow, don't recommend them, if trying to book a viewing is like this, imagine trying to complete a sale with them. Big nightmare avoided, ended up telling Corrine, forget about it, cancel the viewing.

Agent incapable of booking a viewing. One of the owner, doesnt know how to listen and take feedback from a customer and try to improve her business. Possibly the worst business owner and anyone in customer service I came across. Overall experience was very unpleasant, and they have failed at the easiest stage, arranging a viewing. Imagine, actually trying to complete a sale with them? After being shouted at on the phone by one of the owner, cancelled the whole thing. Put us off from dealing with them, full stop.

I instructed Smoothmove recently on a probate sale which, combined with my solicitor, they made the whole process completely stress free. Kate knows the market well and priced the property perfectly which resulted in an influx of viewings and a very quick sale. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kate and the team at Smoothmove, great service.

Corinne and the team worked so hard on our sale communicating regularly with solicitors, agents and buyers. We were so pleased we chose Smoothmove for our sale and purchase as they were professional, polite and happy to give advice where needed. The people are so down to earth and reliable u can’t fault them at all.
From the moment I listed my house I received weekly updates regardless to whether I had one or not. Far more informative than the solicitors were. Corinne was fabulous and I highly recommend her to deal with anyone’s sales progression as she is amazing and gets results!!

Great. From stoke to north Lincolnshire back to stoke. Took care of my stuff all wrapped up multiple times. And the distance as well they covered with ease. He also liked how I was bilingual when I started counting the money in Spanish haha. Tipped them £20 each first time and a tenner each the second time. Not cos they weren’t as good but it was a new house so didn’t want fritter too much money away. Good company and good time keeping too.
