Would steer clear of these, don’t feel we received the service we expected, wasn’t value for money and we feel they actual cost us the sale of our house and we still had to pay full cost for a failed house sale. ????????????

Mega!! Bold word to use but justified that I used Solicitors Direct on the purchase of my first house and again to move house. A long process all in all at no fault of the Solicitors directly but accommodations were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. If I needed to chew Emma or Alex's ear about anything throughout the process they were nothing but friendly and happy to assist. I will 100% use them again in the future should I move house again and if anyone asks for any recommendations I will definitely put there names at the top of the recommendation list. Words honestly couldn't thank Emma and Alex enough for all there support and kindness over the last 14 months.

Poor communication throughout the process and made several errors that could’ve cost me money on conveyancing fees. The worst of it all was that they signed up to something on my behalf that I wasn’t made aware of. This meant my money was held up and not accessible to me which resulted in a financial loss.

I rang five minutes before closing time and Emma, who took my call, was great; taking time to put together a quote for conveyancing. The next day I went in and had an equally positive and customer-focussed response from the guys in the front office.
This is clearly a properly run company staffed by people who obviously enjoy their job. Impressed.
