Maidstone branch: Best letting agent service we've ever experienced start to finish.
From the very first time we met our agent Marcus when viewing properties we noticed he engaged with us a lot more than previous agents who would make us feel rushed to have a quick look around whilst they stand there on their phone or silent, Marcus was friendly, chatty, pointing notable things out to us and ultimately making the entire viewing more relaxed. The processing also went smoothly with Mitchell's help in the office, great communication throughout, we are now happy, moved into our New home. The welcome gift package was a lovely touch. Since 2020 when we first met and started a relationship with the Sibley team, we have always felt cared for and supported. Everyone has been timely, courteous and professional. We have been lucky enough to rent properties all over the world and we can honestly say they are 'head & shoulders' above them all. They have always responded quickly, to a few minor issues which occur along the way, and we really feel we can depend on Sibley.
When we inherited a property, we went straight to Sibley Pares to handle the sale, couldn't think of any better agent in the area, frankly. The team are highly experienced and knowledgable, in all areas of property and the sale was handled and completed super smoothly. Initially moved into my flat in 2019 and left at the end of September 2023. I appreciate that estate agents will not always get things right and their powers are also limited by the landlords but I have to give Sibley pares credit for how they have managed the property. Although there are still a few issues outstanding, over the past four years, they have provided me with a place I could call home and helped me to manage it whenever issues came up. The staff Lou and Mitch have been great and even a lady who deals with sales had helped me out when I was locked out during an early morning. Thanks for everything and all the best ????

Friendly staff(the ladies I've spoken to on the phone) but not efficient and they dont care about the customers; from my experience I am guessing that they just care about which customer will pay the quickest. First time I called was couple of weeks ago regards a commercial property and was told it was under offer, I told them that if anything changes to give me a call back as I was really interested in the property. Then the property became available again and I HAD to call them back. They didn't even bother sending me an email or anything to inform me that the property is back on the market again. I called them again on the 11th of October; was told that the property is still available but the agent isn't available at the moment. They offered me a call back around 5 the same day(NEVER HEARD FROM THEM). I called them again today(the next day) and was told that an offer was accepted the previous night...
Very dissapointed and they didn't even offer me any other options regarding any other properties they might have.
Being a bit more professional won't harm anyone and it's not all about profit but you know better.

Having made the decision to use Sibley Pares as my letting agent for a number of our rental properties, I can safely say I am happy with my decision after 8 years of our partnership.
Sibley are professional and often go above and beyond to support myself as the landlord and the tenants that reside in the properties.

Had a viewing with Neil. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right house for us. Neil was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was available if needed, but not “pushy” and let us look around in peace. He was superb and we’d definitely recommend.
