I did not get the service I expected when I choose SP sales out of a choice of 3. I really did not want to do the viewings and was assured that they would take care of all that when they came and did the appraisal, but then only to be told they had no one available after they had listed the property. I was also upset that an offer had been made and he was told they would contact me about it the next day, even though he had only just viewed the house and really wanted it. So really not a positive experience for me, despite the positive reviews they have received that I have read, before and since

Brought our first property through SP sales and lettings, excellent communication throughout as we were clueless as to what the house buying process entailed. Staff were friendly, helpful and showed a real determination to get us into the property that suited both ourselves, the buyers and the sellers. Cannot thank Karen and the rest of the team at SP Sales and Lettings enough as we settle into our dream home. Highly recommend.

SP estate agents gave a very good well researched estimate of the value of our home and within 2 weeks we had achieved very close to the asking price. Even though Covid lockdown has put everything on hold. They are still keeping in touch on a regular basis.
