Heard absolutely nothing from them in months

Worst agent ever. I helped friend to move out and in to purchased house with this bad agent. They kept changing moving date 4 months.keys were agreed to be given by 11 am, when old house was to be vacated by 1pm. We started stacking furniture at new address, keys were not given before 5 pm Friday. Moved in a dark there is debt on prepayment meters, no water tap to flush toilet, no hot water, no heating, no way to boil kettle! Agent closed until Monday so is British Gas, poor soul is trapped with no way to even charge mobile until Monday? Inhumane, shame on you. You should at least check the house got water and electric. It’s winter. And gas bottles left outside, hazardous waste?..

Not communicating to potential tenants
They had a lovely 3 bed house for rent, and we rang them straight when they started advertising. The lady told us the first view is a week later so we been excited to go have a look, but when we went to the appointment just find out there was already an other 7 tenants at least and God knows how much more after we finished. Howevever the agent gave us her email and the application form to send it back to her which we did same day. No communication happened to us anymore, so a week later we rang again to the office to check if she received our application at all? Her colleague said she is not able to check it as she is working from home but will check it with her and she will get back to us. Other week just past so we rang again and they quickly said the house is gone.
Wasted our time, we just lost two weeks of searching, and as I checked the agency’s website there isn’t to many properties under them to be super busy so wonder how an agent not even bodered to let tenants know how the process going on. Specially if we try to be in touch with her.
With this conscientiousness I wonder if they even checked our information what we shared about our work history, current landlord, etc or our application just been landed straight in the bin before even considering us.
Made us very sad and stressed as we really been love with this lovely house, and very much in need a nice family home and this was the perfect one in the perfect time before our second baby arrive.

Where do I start... I can not recommend Space Estate Agents enough.
I found my dream home listed with them at the end of May 2021 and we finally completed and moved in on Tuesday this week.
Throughout the whole process, Karen and her team were very professional, very friendly and quickly responded to any queries I had and even assisted with chasing up solicitors involved in the transactions - when they were not very responsive.
Excellent First Class Service!

Do not Rent apartment 8 50 Henry Street! Very ignorant landlord. Mould everywhere and window in one of the bedrooms is not operable and does not open, it's actually a risk to people's health with the amount of mould building up on every surface imaginable. Water gathering by windows and horrible smell all year round. Space estate agents are very professional, shame about the flat tho.

Very professional and friendly estate agent in Liverpool in particular Karen and team. She seems always on top of everything. It is totally difference experience dealing with them compared with other local so-called large estate agencies.

Rang up about a property for rent.. was made aware about the rent increase but when I enquired why the lady on the phone was very sarcastic and snotty. Wouldn't reccomend them for customer service at all.

We can't recommend this estate agents highly enough Karen and Debbie were both brilliant through out the whole process of selling my house. they kept us update at every stage.
If I ever come to sell again I will most definitely be using Space estate agents.
