I am very happy with the service I have received so far from the agency, particularly from Ben, the agent who showed me the property and has helped me with all the process of signing the contract and any issues I’ve had since moving in. He’s been very helpful and quick with all my enquiries. I also would highlight the quick responsiveness from Suja, the property administrator, she’s also been very helpful since I’ve moved in. I strongly advise you to stay clear. Staff are very helpful, before you hand over any money. After this point you will struggle to get anywhere with them. I lived with mould on my walls for 6 months in a disgusting household. When I moved out they charged me for cleaning and NOBODY went into the house to clean - I cleaned it before I left.... I want to start off by saying that the stress and inconvenience that this company has caused me and other people has been indescribable. They have taken advantage of young students and international students. When I first moved into the house, it was dirty, smelly and sticky. They claimed to have professionally cleaned it which was definitely not the case. The house was basically broken from having no lock on the bathroom door to the table had been broken. Due to certain circumstances, I no longer study at the university so I wanted to release myself from the tenancy. I had found multiple replacements but they failed to chase them up or even inform me. They refused to do lawful necessary checks on them as they clearly have no experience in the sector that they are in. They take advantage of young students and steal their money. They will make you agree to stuff you didn’t even know you were agreeing to and hold it against you. They ripped me off over 200 pounds over something that wasn’t in my control even though I did everything they asked of me and more. They are clearly unprofessional, uneducated and untrustworthy. They will steal your money.... Read more

I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with Space Letting. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Lack of Transparency: Right from the beginning, there was a severe lack of transparency regarding fees and the rental process. It felt like they were trying to hide additional information and were more interested in getting my signature on the contract than providing clear information. Incompetence: The incompetence of the staff at Space is astounding. Simple questions took ages to get answered, and they frequently gave contradictory information. It's as if they had no idea what they were doing. Poor Communication: Trying to get in touch with anyone at the agency was a nightmare. Phone calls and emails were often ignored, and when they did respond, it was usually with vague or unhelpful answers. Deposit Hassles: When it came time to get my deposit back, it was a nightmare. They nitpicked every little thing and made it incredibly difficult for me to receive my money. It was a blatant attempt to withhold as much as possible. In summary, my experience with Space has been a complete disaster. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and seem more interested in making a quick buck than providing a decent living experience for their tenants. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a letting agency that values transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.... Read more

All it takes is one single employee to make a frustrating experience with a whole company. We were doing perfectly fine with the first agent assigned to us, until that person was replaced by a frankly incompetent administrator, who is not only bad at the job but can not even write clear English to avoid confusion. Every single email needs clarification. Add to that the lack of willingness to do the job and the inclination to indulge in petty games. The latest example of this is being requested irrelevant and intrusive information about utility invoice payment as former tenants in order to unlock our deposit. Yet, the invoices are billed in our names, and according to our tenancy contract and the law, not only have we done and provided everything they actually needed, but the owner could never be held liable anyway. Obviously everything is paid, but it's a matter of principle. This is another petty, slight abuse of power to waste everyone's time. I would strongly advise not to deal with this company....
