Don’t even deserve 1 star. Rude, incompetent and unprofessional staff who will know you’re ringing, leave it to go to voicemail and then suddenly pick up when it’s from a no caller ID, will take weeks to reply to emails and completely take advantage of students. And that’s just the office staff who the only way you can speak to is by turning up at their office, landlords are even worse. They make receiving your deposit back impossible, left us in a broken and unliveable house with no care or effort to fix it and have more red flags than you could imagine.... Read more

The WORST. Don’t vet the landlords, walk into your house to do viewings without knocking (and get very funny if you pull them up on it), and their maintenance guy came to fix our pipes, took the toilet off the wall and literally left it in the middle of the bathroom for 3 months (and didn’t even tell the landlord they’d done so). Martin (the agent) has been extremely helpful in my search for a place. he is very responsive with queries and have taken the time to answer all my questions and even requests to view the place more than once. He is very friendly and easy to talk to as well. Update: 1 month + 1 week after moving in, i have been told that the landlord wants to rent the place as a whole and no longer wants to rent out single tenants. So just as i have settled in, bought the necessary things I needed to make this a home, I need to move out in 2months. Update 2: the agent (Martin) doesnt really respond anymore regarding move out and deposit return. He was only responsive when you’re interested in the property but doesnt really care much anymore after that. Guess he’s gotten his commission already.... Read more

I am very happy with the service I have received so far from the agency, particularly from Ben, the agent who showed me the property and has helped me with all the process of signing the contract and any issues I’ve had since moving in. He’s been very helpful and quick with all my enquiries. I also would highlight the quick responsiveness from Suja, the property administrator, she’s also been very helpful since I’ve moved in. I strongly advise you to stay clear. Staff are very helpful, before you hand over any money. After this point you will struggle to get anywhere with them. I lived with mould on my walls for 6 months in a disgusting household. When I moved out they charged me for cleaning and NOBODY went into the house to clean - I cleaned it before I left....
