Had the pleasure of accidentally stumbling across a property that was advertised by these guys. My main point of contact was Sure and he was brilliant. Kept me up to date through everything, was on top of it all and made it as stress free as possible. Also went through the final part with Zak who was just as incredible, made it dead easy on the handover and both made having to move at Christmas as easy as it can be. Great guys. We personally dealt with Zak, throughout the whole process of moving, from start to finish. He was amazing and kept us updated during everything. The communication was very important for us, as we had been let down with this in the past, Zak, and Spencer’s agency, were available to us to speak to, and answer our questions, pretty much, all the time, and after the normal working hours! Until the end of our actual move, he was there for us, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone.... Read more

The Spencers in Rugby went seriously above and beyond in helping me - for context some very important documentation got sent to my old address by accident (I had moved away a year before). The Spencers team helped me all the same, at no charge. The fact that they were well within their rights to ignore me, but instead chose to help speaks volumes as to the quality of the people here Would recommend Spencers Rugby in a heart beat; this office is staffed with genuinely helpful people, and if I ever move close to the rugby/Coventry area again I will absolutely be checking with them first... We moved in Hinckley, Danelaw Court last year in September from London! We was in hury because on 24 Sept we had tickets in our country for the wedding. Been renting a property from Spencers had to deal with property management company a few times and everytime has been worst than the last. Reported the problem on the app, no response. Rang up and got told I need to do the repair as it is my responsibility (which is fair as it's a lightbulb)but when trying to explain that it seems like a wiring issue they kept talking to me condescendingly. They lie about recording phone calls as they said that I called them and told them it was repaired by my self which I did not say or even ring. When pulled up on this and wanting to complain they don't even bother and pretend that the call is not logged. Going to the Ombudsman now and will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Rude, inconsiderate, ignorant and just plain liars.... Read more
