I recently had an experience with Top Realty Corporation that was quite disappointing. Known as a highly esteemed and multi-awarded brokerage firm in the Philippines, Top Realty Corporation has built a reputation for professionalism and excellence in client and employee relations. With such a stellar reputation, I expected a higher level of professionalism in their recruitment process.
After waiting a week for an interview, I was enthusiastic about the opportunity to join the organization. Joined the Google Meet promptly at 4:30 as instructed, and waited. It was only after this delay that I was informed the position had already been filled.. through email! Didn't even have the respect to join the meeting and inform me face to face. This lack of prior notice and the absence of any communication until the last minute was disheartening and unexpected from a firm of their stature.
Given the company's standing in the industry, I had anticipated a smoother, more considerate recruitment experience that aligned with their reputed standards. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I hope that the company will refine their processes to ensure future candidates have a more positive and professional experience.

My husband and I are really impressed with the fast, efficient and effective service we got from Joanna of the Top Realty Corp. BGC. She answered all the questions that we had and accommodated our requests.
The paper work was done effectively and of the highest professionalism.
Jeffrey from Top Realty Corp. was also present during the signing of the deed of sale. Both Joanna and him made sure that all the paper work, the signing and the payment went effectively and smoothly.

Got their number from their service vehicle in BGC. Called their number and they were able to find a buyer for our condo in BGC in no time. Transaction went smoothly. If you want to buy or sell your property, get in touch with them right away.

Great experience with your team. J.P. Cruz and Luigi Singsong was excellent. These two worked hard throughout the whole sales process. I listed our Rockwell property early this week and in 5 days presented us with a reasonable offer to purchase from a client. This is my 3rd real state transaction and most of the time it is a slow process but JP and Luigi made the process quick and stress free. They are always available and happy to answer our questions and concerns even after hours. Mabuhay Top Realty Corp. congratulations for having 2 of the best in your team. What an amazing experience with Top Realty!!
My wife and i have been looking for a property where we can build our house for almost a year already but unfortunately we can’t find one (not until we contacted Top Realty). It was quite stressful talking to a lot of brokers/agents and they can’t provide or find a property that we really want. When we contacted Top Realty (Ms. Bien Singson-Lim) we were surprised that in less than 1 week they were able to provide the property that we have been looking for and finally where we can build our dream house. They really have a lot of good listings that caters your needs and requirements. Fantastic!!
It was a stress-free doing business with Top Realty. Kuddos to Mr. Luigi-Singson our account officer, he was very helpful and pro-active in asissting us in the documents and requirements in getting the property and transfering it under our name.
