I went to frank Banfield park today, which is opposite Fulham reach and which is in its final stage of development and found to my horror at the park that is supposed to be up kept is more like a field that is in the countryside , totally unkept with grass up to your knees and not a groundsman to be seen anyway. It is a terrible example of hell, your company is “looked after “the surrounding area I dread to think what your properties are like inside, if this is our you have left a park for the local people to walk in.... Do NOT buy a St George property, I own a flat the a nearby development and my service charge has more than doubled in 5 years, to over £5000 for a 1 bed flat. They advertise unrealistic low service charges to sell the properties and then you are held hostage to their price increases year on year.... Read more
