We just bought our new home through St George and, while they were acting for the vendor rather than us as the purchaser, we have been hugely impressed with the way they run their business. Darren and his team are one of very few estate agents that we have ever come across that have been completely open and honest throughout the process. It is clear that they did so in a manner which also kept their client’s best interests at the forefront. Darren in particular came across as hugely experienced and was able to answer numerous questions about the property at our first viewing - normally when I ask basic questions to estate agents about a property, I am met with a blank stare!! Darren and his team however, either provided immediate answers or found the answer and actually communicated it to me. It was so refreshing to deal with genuine people who clearly take pride in their work. While we were on the other side of the transaction, we have been so impressed that we will be instructing them to sell our rental property.

Ive just completed selling my uncles bungalow through St George in Rayleigh and I can honestly say what a positive experience it was. Darren, Jackie and Lisa were so friendly and helpful, that they took all the stress away and we completed smoothly. I would without a doubt, definitely recommend using St George, you wont regret it.

5 stars for customer service. Lisa, Jackie and Darren couldn't have been more helpful in our search for a property. Honest, kind and genuine to a fault. The level of customer service was second to none and just really nice people to deal with. They really had our best interests at heart which was a breath of fresh air in today's society. Highly recommend.

Darren, and the team were more than just Estate agents. They supported me through the process knowing my move had been a nightmare before I put my house on the market with them . Karen is fantastic and kept me sane through the whole thing. They sold my house quickly and were on the ball the whole way through. I would 100% recommend St George Homes.

Staff are very helpful and efficient especially Karen.We we're just buying from their clients. But they were better to us than our own estate agents who continually fobbed us off. Not that I want to move again soon but I would definately use and recommend them to all our friends
