They were initially lovely to deal with but once we were in we discovered that the property had leaks, was mouldy and needed a lot of repairs.
They take forever to get work done, issue electric and gas certificates when the checks are not complete while promising to come sort out whatever needs sorting and they agents talk to repair people about us and the repair people I turn tells us what is being said about us. Personally I wouldn't recommend as they are very unprofessional and can't even be bothered to inform us when they moved location and changed numbers.

Very poor service. You can wait up to 4 months to to have repairs done.
