Anonymous Home Buyer
Damp in the new property at the Fairways, Stafford, reported the problem months ago and they did not even care to have a look and investigate the problem.
Rust between the new window. Requested to replace the damaged part but they are only willing to polish it.
Poor customer service, clearly ST Modwen do not care about customer satisfaction. The staircase was wobbly, they fixed it after 4 months. Poor workmanship.
