Was told by a gentleman when walking my dog about St Quintin Estate Agents who had dealt with his mothers property when she passed away, so I contacted them. They were wonderful, could not have been kinder and more helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them all, especially as I lived in Wales and there was a great deal of emails going back and forth. I needed to sell a bungalow , as executor to the estate. I had several estate agents value the property, I chose to go with St Quintin , not because they valued at the top end, but because they gave honest and forthright advice. In the event I was right to choose this firm. They were just brilliant at keeping me informed , I live over 100 miles from the property they were selling, so communication was really important to me. Their advice on prospective buyers was also very helpful, cash buyers or buyers in a chain. When I had accepted an offer, Alicia, who is their office manager, and deals with progressing sales, was magnificent! High praise, but I stand by it. Alicia, kept me informed, chased buyers solicitor, kept up with my solicitor, and moved things along . In all this was the most stress free sale I have ever experienced! I think this company is head and shoulders above some others I have dealt with in the past. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My sale went through, quickly, without a hitch, and best of all I didn’t need to chase them for information, they kept me up to date at every stage.... Read more
