I've found Riley to be excellent, quite simply. Ever since SW took over the management of our flat's court Riley has always been quick to reply, courteous, but most importantly any question or concern has been dealt with - even when he's no longer the main contact for our block. We had the name and email addresses of our contact on the newly installed pin board, and for the most recent interaction we've had he didn't palm it off. He took ownership and resolved it.
