WE rented a flat through Sterling Ackroyd Mare Street , Hackney and I must say the service when renting 1 year ago was very good. Now I have extended for another year , the service in particular from Abby Gooptu / Renewals Manager has been perfectly smooth and very professional. The 5 stars are for David Leek. This guy has been spot on. Down to earth and human when I viewed the flat, honest and helpful while deciding and negotiating terms, and professional and quick to respond while securing the property, doing all the paperwork and responding to a barrage of questions. I was 50/50 about two flats, and what it came down to was who I'd rather deal with. Definitely takes a lot of the stress out of moving.

Five stars for Stirling Ackroyd Shoreditch. We recently just found a new rental property in the area and it has been a wonderful experience. A big thank you to Luke and the team for their professionalism and for making this move stress-free.
