Booked an appointment for 1130 Fri 5 May. No one turned up. Rang office several times. No answer. I was contacted at 1250 to inform me agent was ill and rearrange for a week later. As I had a 2 hour trip to get to Derby, I was dar from impressed. Poor service, left waiting for nearly an hour and a half before someone contacted me to cancel. Guess who I wont be using again.

As a First Time Buyer I applied with Natwest who wasted 3 months of my time but Streets Ahead managed to secure me a mortgage for me and I get to move in to my new home!

Dealing with Streets Ahead and Taj was a great experience and professionalism from the start, if you need to sell your home or buy a home then streets ahead is your best place to go in derby for sure. fun fact i found out Taj has been on homes under the hammer so a local celeb to the area. but regarding services 10 out of 10 very happy

Brilliant service from Taj and Esme. Once instructed Taj dealt with the whole process from the advertising, viewings, EPC and the constant updates making the sale a totally stress free experience. Not only were they more competitive than all the other quotes I received from other agents, but the service received was over and beyond. Would 100% recommend
