I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. I've moved home many times and each time there has always been some sort of problem or issue along the way. When I came across my new place, Strettons were incredibly helpful and worked to my (very short) deadline to move. The team were friendly, responsive and explained things without being patronising. They made the move really easy to manage and it's a really lovely place. Since moving in, there's been a couple of small issues which were dealt with incredibly quickly and it's really easy to get hold of their team.... Read more

Wish I could give this estate agent 0 stars. Awful service from the agents themselves, never respond to emails or calls. The rep at the branch hung up on me twice and tried to claim the call dropped. I had to live with rats for over 6 months because they were to lazy to rectify the situation. Took them 3 weeks to return my deposit even though I left the property in a good condition. If I could give zero, I would with no hesitation. Currently renting one of their flats in Haringey, Strettons are beyond imagination. We got in and the flat was basically falling apart with wholes on the kitchen floor, rotting skirting and yellow stains on the walls. Unbelievable. They are extremely disrespectful, they have been ignoring our simple requests since day 1. I had to escalate to the Council to have the bloody front door fixed after 7 embarrassing months paying rent. Please, from the bottom of my heart, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AND SAVE YOURSELVES FROM HUMILIATION AND FRUSTRATION. Strettons should be ashamed of themselves.... Read more

Over the last year have tried to view 3 properties listed by Stettons, the communication is Joke level at best, never answer emails I do not actually understand why they bother putting contact details on rightmove and the likes as simply will not answer emails, no one calls you back and even when you getthrough to someone they advise the agent dealing with that property will call me back ......Never happens. Only one of the 3 different propperties I wanted to view was during Covid, again no one answers emails, no one calls you back and no one acknowledges you exist!!!!!!!!! Lat week the sign for the shop came down as i guess someone has actually been able to speak to an agent, maybe the comunication will improve when they need to hunt down people to take on properties. I can suggest some courses for staff to be sent on to improve communication if required as its poor and unproffesional!... Read more

Got in touch to rent a commercial property from them, Called 3 times, nobody got back to me, the 4th time I called, was told that they only let to established business, not to start ups, which I understand, I mentioned that I have another 5 different business, which are all well established, but in the different areas. I’m so disappointed because I didn’t even had the chance to mention what is my business plan, hope you guys have better training to hear what the customers have to say, it looked like you were doing a favour to me.
