Our experience with Carter Jonas was extremely positive as buyers. We were originally shown round the property by Richard Moss, who was professional in his approach, we liked the property so much we instantly put in an offer which was eventually accepted after several days of negotiation. The sale then went on for a number of months due to various issues in our chain, Richard took it on himself to replace the void in the chain left by our estate agent who had frustrated the solicitors / buyers in the chain and were therefore not responding, however they were more than happy to work with Richard due to his excellent approach to dealing with difficult people. We just wanted to say thank you to you and your team (Particularly Richard) for managing the difficult circumstances and people in the chain so we were able to get the property we wanted, I'm pretty sure without Richards support we wouldn't have been in our new house and the sale would have fallen through. We would definitely recommend using Carter Jonas for a very professional service with dedicated staff who go above and beyond.

We were in the process of purchasing a property through Carter Jonas in Northampton and we were completely appalled at the level of service we received as the purchaser of the property they were selling. The property we were purchasing was very expensive and we were told many untruths and were spoken to disrespectfully and basically called liars by a member of their staff who wasn't even dealing with the purchase. Carter Jonas was only concerned about the seller of the property and disregarded any of our concerns relating to the delay of the sale. Both parties were very frustrated with Carter Jonas, the sellers even sent me an email stating that they would like to continue the sale privately. We were very surprised that we had received an email from the sellers because we had never provided them with an email address and we can only assume that these details had been passed on from Carter Jonas. After weeks of frustration, we pulled out of the sale. We did loose a property that we absolutely loved, however we could not deal with this agent any longer!
