A genuinely surprising and pleasing experience! From our first meeting, Maria (Carter Jonas, Holland Park) gave us confidence that she was going to help us find the right home (budget, location, specification etc.). And despite my cynical nature, Maria not only delivered, but went above and beyond what we would typically expect of an agent. How so? In short, excellent communication! Maria is a very personable, friendly and yet professional agent. She was clear with what we could expect, and while clearly representing her client's (the vendor’s) interests, she also positioned our offer etc. in the best possible light. The outcome … a quick sale/purchase that I believe both parties are happy with (I know we are!). The Carter Jonas office in Holland Park gathers some of the most efficient, courteous and devoted staff in the Holland Park area. I have had the pleasure of dealing with several of the ladies since 2011. I have always been delighted with the dedication, attention to detail and simply the best service. Nathalie Gold is my most recently appointed agent has again delivered a very high quality sale operation although she is getting married in two weeks! Maria on the other hand has kept on top of the execution to the point where she has dealt with council issues on my behalf quicker than I would have done myself.
