Surrey Estates was founded in 2015 to offer buyers and sellers of Surrey a new approach to Estate Agency. Surrey Estates has now been successfully running now for seven years and works at the forefront valuing properties around the Surrey and Sussex areas. Our hybrid approach blends both traditional values of a genuinely personal service together with being a niche, online service. Most of our clients have come from recommendations and we only work with a small number of clients at a time.

I just can’t complement David of Surrey Estates enough.
I’ve been looking for a home in the Cranleigh area for 18 months, and recently came across Surrey Estates.
From the get-go David was brilliant; professional, fair, informative, patient, listened and understood my exacting needs. There was no hard sell or loads of call pushing me for a decision, just good sound advice and a genuine eagerness for me to find my dream home. And he did, because after 8 weeks I’ve now exchanged contracts today 16th May

Avoid surrey estates at all costs. I contacted Luke’s wife Louise regarding renting my property in Guildford and they were totally nonplussed and dismissive . I went with Castle Wildish who have been brilliant. Surrey estates only care about being pretentious and quaffing champagne on yachts.

Communication throughout the process was exactly what you would hope and expect. I would certainly use Surrey Estates again and highly recommended.

We moved from a larger local estate agents to Surrey Estates.
From the start David was very proactive starting with a very good set of photographs of our property.
David showed round each prospective purchaser and updated us with feed back on leaving the property and after contacting them the next day for feedback once purchaser found David and his team kept us updated with progress.
Selling a house can be a very stressful experience David and his team minimized the stress, all in all a very positive experience.
We would highly recommend David and Surrey Estates.

My wife and I rented a property from Surrey Estates a year ago and we dealt with Linder and June and occasionally with David.
They went all out of their way to help us with the paper work and could not be more helpful.
They were sympathetic with all the transactions and with our experience in dealing with other estate agents we would not hesitate in recommending Surrey Estates.

We asked Surrey Estates to market our property after we had made an offer on one of their properties, having previously been using a high street Estate Agent for a long time.
What a contrast!
Not only were Surrey Estates cheaper, but they were very proactive in finding us a buyer and this paid off when the first two people who viewed our house made us an offer.
Throughout the whole process of buying and selling Surrey Estates kept us informed and updated. David was always easy to contact and willing to answer any queries.
The legal side of things didn't go smoothly, but we were expertly guided and supported throughout by David and Iwona.
In conclusion, we found the staff at Surrey Estates to be enthusiastic, proactive, excellent communicators, informative, supportive and friendly. Who could ask for more?
We will certainly be recommending Surrey Estates to all our friends.

Although we didn't seal any deal with Surrey Estates, me and the missus were very pleased to meet Linda and observe her professionalism and kindness. She is one of the best estate agents I've come across and deserves a 5-star rating exclusively for herself. It's unfortunate that we couldn't seal the deal due to issues related to the building, however I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.

We had a positive experience using this lettings agency. Quality homes advertised in very good condition and cared for, a prompt follow-up to all emails and stages of the paperwork, deposits and moving in and they do not over complicate the process. By their own admission the fees are quite high however no estate agent is out there working for free. We dealt with hard working Stephanie for a Guildford let.
