Dylan at KFH was outstanding! He was polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Dylan kept in regular contact to keep us informed of the process. He is an estate agent who listens to the customer and acts accordingly whilst being prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.
It's been two months since we've moved out and we still didn't get the deposit back!!! Blood-sucking leaches!! Think 3 times before renting from them

If you want the lowest levels of customer service, wish to be mislead and ignored, then look no further than Foxtons, Streatham. Dinishka’s best effort at communication was via email whilst inebriated - what a wheeze. Joanna’s default setting, absolute apathy. Avoid like the plague.
Both Billy and Robert worked on the sale of my house. They provided a constant flow of potential buyers and gave constructive feedback on all the viewings. Eventually their hard work, professionalism and positive attitude paid off with a sale. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends of mine wishing to sell a property.
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
Abul from City Realtor made renting out my property in London virtually seamless. Right from the start he has been brilliant, providing a very hands on service. Everything happened really quickly and they have been great to work with. They responded instantly to all queries and have managed all tenant requests well which took the pressure off me. I will highly recommend their services as overall I have had a great experience.
Had many issues with the flat when we first moved in: dryer broken, moulding bathroom, dirty, broken wardrobes, giving us keys that didn’t work etc. However, after emailing, it would be solved after much pestering and chasing up.
They were also very nice during the process of signing the contract, however once that has been signed, they do not tend to care about you. In fact, some of their handymen that they sent to us would only ever TEMPORARILY fixed our issues for about a week tops. Can’t forget when the handymen would use the toilet(not an issue) and pee on the seat without cleaning it up or flushing. Very professional....
Upon leaving our contract, they accused us of leaving many items and tried to charge us an extortionate fee such as:
- cleaning fee (however, the items were not ours. The items were left by the previous tenant, that we just continued to leave in the house)
- wall peeling fee (wall peelings were already there)
They would have known this if they checked the inventory, however they tried to charge without checking so. The inventory was also done without us, despite having asked why we were not there. In the end, when I asked for the inventory, they realised they had accused us of many things, and then decided to back track their words. Also, when I asked for the inventory, we found that one of our housemate signatures were forged on the contract even though they claim that it was a clerical error. But how convenient. A signature was put in place, the date was changed and an email was put in place...
In the end, after many emails back and forth, they deducted some of the charges that we were wrongly accused of. But it was a very long and tedious process to get our deposit back.
I would not recommend here at all. I have had better experiences elsewhere.
