Had a great experience with them at first, but when it came to moving out, they changed their tune pretty quickly. I was told there was no need to get the carpet professionally cleaned as they were replacing the carpets, despite this, I hired a friend who works as an independent carpet cleaner. The whole apartment and carpet was absolutely spotless, but because I wasn't able to produce a receipt for the professional carpet cleaning, they deducted it out of my deposit (even though the carpets were replaced). Very deceiving company so beware.... Read more

I rented a flat off a tenant Jones and I don't rate them a good agent when you have a problem it should be sorted out rather than left weeks and weeks and when we moved out they tried blaming for something that's their problem not ours won't be going to tanant Jones again... Read more

A really great experience, staff are friendly and welcoming, they pulled out all the stops in such a short time to help us find a flat in the area. Quickly gauged what we were after, bent over backwards to get us viewings, and had such a smooth transaction when it came to paperwork, comms and the move itself. Tanat Jones are definitely the best letting agents I've used in 7 years of living in Brighton. Other agencies have been exceptional at fobbing you off and not really caring what happens provided they get their cash (ahem Austin Rees). In comparison, Tanat Jones have always got back to me quickly and any maintenance issues that have popped up have been sorted within a couple of days. You don't always get this level of service - thanks a lot guys :)... Read more
