Having just concluded a house sale and purchase, one of a number that I have made in my nomadic life, I can honestly say that the experience of dealing with Taylor Hill and Bond, Havant, has be one of excellent, friendly service and professional management. Add to that the personal attention given by Neil, Robin and Harry to ourselves as clients and also in their efforts to ensure that potential buyer viewings were organised and delivered professionally, knowledgeably and in a relaxed manner all made the experience of house selling a pleasure. A friendly and personal approach at all times with each viewing accompanied by one of the three client managers all of whom had taken the trouble to learn about the property and were genuinely able to assist clients in their buying decisions. Communication was excellent with full feedback following every viewing. I must also mention Hayley who, once a buyer was confirmed, took over the progressing of the sale and genuinely worked for us to get the sale through to a successful conclusion. We have recently sold a house using Taylor Hill and Bond. From the initial valuation to the sale and completion they have been first class. Communication through out has been excellent. Appointments to view were well managed and feedback given after each viewing. Once an offer was accepted the sales progression team kept us up to date with accurate and timely information. Have used other estate agents before but they have been no where near as professional. Selling a house is stressful however using Taylor Hill and Bond made the whole process hassle free.... Nothing short of professional, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Taylor Hill & Bond.
