Unfortunately they only sell houses to first time buyers, or investors. Even if you have already sold your property they aren't willing to even talk to you.

I live there but I've just found out that there is a residents association acting on their own behave without consulting all the residents or at least asking those residents that their chooses affect this is why only a 4 star

What a mess the dust is awful i have to change my bedding and wipe pelmets skirting boards and window seals every day as the dust from working blows in even with window shut, I suffer from asthma and it has been bad because of the dust. Also the windows and cars are covered in it are you going to pay for a good wash down .Even the garden shrubs are covered with it.
